Q: What happens during the study

Patricipants join a semi-structured interview . The will be promted with several themes and topics to clarify their questions and solutions about challenges. Participants join a questionaire to take stock of their current practice in their organizations Participants join round table discussions around a focussed topic to share solutions and inspiration with peers for ohter organizations

This research engages executives and managers to inquire what question are on their mind bringing process safety in their organization to the next level. We will explore their thinking and practice on cross site learning.

Organizations are urged by regulators to overcome the inabillity to learn from previous incidents.

Our aim is to support leaders to learn from scientific insights and to share practical insights.

How long will it take?

Semi-structured interview: 2 hours (online)
Questionaire: 20 minutes per particpant / 5 particpant per organizaiton
Round table: 2 hours (face to face or online)

After the semi structured interview the participant will receive a copy of the results for her or his own reflection. This will provoke new thinking about options to improve process safety.
The questionnaire will provide you with the option to benchmark maturity with other organizations
The roundtable will provide you with building a network in other organization and able cross organization learning
